On this postcard from 1924 you see the central part of the village with several traditional timbered houses. The house with the mansard roof in the foreground formerly was the presbytery and behind of it there is the former village mayor's office, in which later was the inn „Zur Sonne“ (The Sun).

On the lower picture you see Ernst Hedl's beautiful in in the southern part of the village and above it on the slope of the Velenický kopec stood the smaller inn „Zur Buche“. At present no one of these buildings does exist.
