Rousínov
The first two pictures of this postcard record the upper part of the village under the Pařez-hill (left) and the centre of the settlement with the school which at present serves as boarding house (right). On the lower left side there is the former Zimml's glass-cutting works in the lower part of the village, on the right side stands the restaurant which, since 1905 was managed by husband and wife Alber and, after the death of the owner, from 1917 to 1942 by the widow Theresie Alber.

Rousínov
This picture postcard shows the uper part of Rousínov formerly called „the Czech quarter“ as here prevailingly lived Czech glassworkers. They came at the beginning of the 20th century from Moravia and by their skill and qualification helped to raise the domestic glass production to a higher level.

This picture postcard from the first half of the 20th century shows the houses of the upper part of Rousínov. The creek flowing through the village has its origin under the Bouřný-hill the elongated crest of which is seen in the background of the picture.

This picture postcard from the 20s of the 20th century shows the central part of Rousínov as seen from the north. At the extreme left we see a part of the former Schneider's mill, from the group of houses in front of it protrudes the turret of the chapel of St. Valentine which after World War Two had been demolished. In the right edge of the picture the former primary school, built in 1898, is shown.

On this picture postcard of the upper part of the the settlement in the centre the partially hidden stone building of Reinhard Palme's glass-carving factory is seen which was driven by the water of the Rousínovský potok-brook.

This interwar picture postcard depicts the former Josef Zimml's glass-carving factory in the lower part of the village. This factory first in the village utilized a water turbine for its propulsion.
