Local railway

This picture postcard evokes reminders on the mountain railway from 1903 going around the town in a great curve. In the pictures surrounding the map there is the town centre with the church St. John the Baptist, the area of Elias Palme´s chandelier factory and two pictures of the railway beneath the Šenovský vrch-hill. The trains were running here till the cancellation of the line in September 1979.
