This lithography from 1901 shows at the top the town as seen from the south and on the right side the building of the new town-hall. On the left side down there is the cathedral of St. Laurentius and St. Zdislava, the smaller pictures beside it show the castles Nový Falkenburk and Lemberk.

This lithography from the end of the 19th century shows Jablonné as seen from the south. Under the overall view of the town we see the railway station, on the smaller pictures to the left is the town council, the hotel „Adler“ at the market place, the manor house of count Pachta and on the right side one of the monumental houses standing along the Liberecká ulice-street.

On this lithography along of the overall view of the town we see the cathedral of St. Laurentius and St. Zdislava, in the centre the manor-house of count Pachta and on the left side the station building on the railway line from Česká Lípa to Liberec opened in 1900.

This picture postcard remembers the visit of Emperor Francis Joseph I. of Jablonné an September 2nd, 1899. The Emperor visited the town in the course of military manoeuvres which in the surroundings of Brniště village were conducted under the command of the successor to the throne Ferdinand d'Este.

In the foreground there is the prison and detention camp which from 1914 to 1921 was situated in the fields near the present-day swimming-pool. This picture postcard from 1913 shows Jablonné v Podještědí as seen from the south. In the foreground there is the road leading to Mimoň, the most prominent buildings in the town are the cathedral of St. Laurentius and St. Zdislava with its dome and the former church Birth of the Virgin which after the conflagration of the town in 1788 was reconstructed and converted to a brewery. The horizon is closed by the hills Hvozd (german: Hochwald) and Sokol.

On this picture postcard from 1919 we see the southern part of the town as seen from Česká ves. On the left there is the bridge over the Panenský-brook and besides it the building of a factory which in its only marginally changed outlook is standing here to the present days. In the background rise over the houses of the town the former church of the Birth of Virgin Mary and the basilica of the Saint Laurentius and Saint Zdislava protrude over the roofs of the houses of the town.

This picture postcard from the end of the thirties of the 20th century shows the view of the town from the south. In the centre there is Joseph Kögler's factory, to the right the cathedral of St. Laurentius and St. Zdislava and to the left of it the former Church of the Virgin. The horizon is closed by the prolonged peak of the Hvozd (In german: Hochwald) and the peak of the Sokol.

In the centre of the place there is the group of statues with St. Salvator from 1686 and in the right corner the at present already not existing Kraus' fountain built in 1929.

On this picture postcard the gift of the town of Zittau (Germany) - the fountain with a plaquette and a commemorative address on the burgermeister Vinzenz Kraus biult on the market place and festively unveiled on July 28, 1916 which,however, after World War Two had been demolished. On this picture postcard the former town brewery, which originated from the reconstruction of the Church of the Holy Virgin, demolished during the conflagration of 1788. At present the tower offers a very nice look-out over the town and into the surrounding country. In the background to the right is the Brništský vrch-hill and on the left side on the horizon the Kamenický kopec-hill near Zákupy.

This picture postcard from the years before World war I shows the building of the railway station of Jablonné with the workshops of the present company Preciosa standing in front of it. Interesting is the view of the characteristic patch-work of small fields the longer sides of which are directed to the village Lada. In the horizon to the right there is the Hvozd-hill.

This picture postcard shows the Zittau-Liberec road approximately on the place where formerly stood the upper town gate. On the left side of this road remained only one unrecognizably reconstructed great three-storeyed house, whereas the right side except of the two houses in the foreground remained almost unchanged to the present days.

On this picture postcard from about 1940 we see the then Zittau-Reichenberger Strasse called road behind of the branching of the station road (at present called Švermova ulice). The houses on the left side were in the second half of the 20th century demolished and replaced by prefabricated buildings.

This picture postcard shows the former road to Zittau and Liberec as seen from the cemetery. In the foreground on the left a part of the St.-Wolfgangs chapel is seen, on the right side of the street up to now only both the two nearest houses in the foreground remained.

On this picture postcard we see the beautiful baroque sculpture of the St. John of Nepomuk standing together with the neighbouring sculpture of St. Zdislava on the bridge in the dam of the Mlýnský rybník (Mill pond). Both these sculptures had later been transfered to the Dome of St. Lawrence and St. Zdislava.
