Heřmanice v Podještědí
This picture postcard shows the village Heřmanice as seen from the slope of the Kamenný vrch. The pictures below show the 1896 built church St. Anthony with the stone memorial of the victims of World War One erected in 1927, Franz Linke's shop No. 203 and the great building of the primary school built in 1867.

On this picture postcard you see the houses in the upper part of the Heřmanice village where Heinrich´s inn shown in the smaller picture was standing. The road going through the village to the Babiččin odpočinek and Krompach had been built in the 20th of the 20th Century.

On this picture postcard you see the houses of the upper part of the village along the road to Krompach. In the cut below there ist the inn „Zur Sonne“ founded in 1873 which till the end of the war was owned by the family Heinrich. At the left side over the village there is the Zámecký vrch (Castle hill).

This picture postcard from World War Two shows the upper part of Heřmanice village. In the foreground there is the road to Mařenice and to the right between the houses leads the road to Krompach built in the first years of the 20s of the 20th century. The great two-storeyed house in the centre served as restaurant and after the war it was used as a holiday-house.

There is the former Kindermann's inn and butcher's shop the building of which till to-day stands at the crossroad in the upper part of the village. In the background you see the Zámecký vrch-hill.
