Doubice

This lithography from the end of the 19th century shows the centre of the village with the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and the peak of the Spravedlnost-hill in the background. The small pictures on the left side show the nearby single house called „Vápenka“ (Lime kiln) and belowit the gamekeeper's lodge „Na Tokáni“.
This picture postcard shows the centre of the village with the church Assumption of the Virgin Mary and the peak of the Spravedlnost-hill as seen from the Northwest. The factory building in the background had been demolished after 2000.
On his picture postcard we see the former inn „Zur Post“ near the Doubický rybník-pond.
