On this picture postcard the former boarding-house 'Neu-Brasilien' is shown which had been opened on the foot of the Luž hill over Dolní Světlá in 1929. After World War Two the house also served as holiday resort but after the establishment of the border zone in the 2nd half of the 50s it had been demolished.
